Niall is an accomplished aviation industry leader and Chairman of AX Aero Group. Drawing on decades of experience in aviation operations, aircraft development programs, flight simulation, and executive leadership, he provides strategic guidance to AeronautX as it establishes a new standard for business aviation training. His vision combines operational excellence, refinement, and modern technology to create an exceptional training experience for pilots and operators.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Niall has consistently transformed aviation enterprises through innovation, technology, and organizational excellence. As former CEO of ExecuJet Aviation Group, he led the company to global leadership in business aviation, managing a fleet of more than 200 aircraft worldwide. Niall also played a pivotal role in the launch of the Grob SPn light jet and today leads EJ Capital, a Switzerland-based investment and advisory firm. His leadership extends to board and advisory roles with organizations including Grob Aerospace, Piper Aircraft, and Centauri Therapeutics. A licensed Airline Transport Pilot, Niall holds degrees in Commerce and Science and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
