- Provides the complete Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programme in accordance with AMC1 ORO.FC.115, covering all mandatory CRM topic areas and establishing the non-technical competencies required for safe and effective flight operations.

- Delivers EASA-compliant recurrent Crew Resource Management (CRM) training in accordance with AMC1 ORO.FC.115, addressing designated CRM topic areas and operational case studies throughout the recurrent training cycle to maintain and continuously develop non-technical competencies.
